Just got a new S24FE and a EP-P5400 wireless charger. It will not charge. I have setup phone turned on wireless charge in settings and set charge to 95%. still nothing. At least I can charge the old fashion way....
Any suggestions?

Both lights flashing can highlight a cord or charging brick issue @Cootapatamba
If the pad is faulty then speak with Samsung.

Hello 👋 @Cootapatamba and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
On these types of chargers it's crucial to have the phone sitting spot onto the pad sweet spot.
Does the oad charge up other Samsung phones ok ?
Maybe try another cord.

Hello BoB,
Thank you for your response.
I've got both lights flashing on the charger and I believe that my phone is the only one capable of wireless charging in the household. Everything is out of the box new.
I've tried various positions and even used the case the level out the phone because of the camera lens'.

It turns out that it wasn't so much the cord but the power adapter that was the problem, wrong voltage/amp....
