Raised heart rate activity missing samsung health

Hi all

Anyone have any idea why my raised HR might not be working on the health app? It is measured on my watch perfectly well but samsung health is not picking up th info for it. It is picking up everything else though ie steps, exercise, active calories but no blue heart for me! Has also lost all the way back to beginning of January. Please help!

Hello and welcome, do you mean not recording or the HR tab I missing from SHEALTH ?

It's recording on my watch but not showing up on the health app itself. Then, when they sync, the raised heart rate is gone from the watch as well.

Ahh that's just the Daily activity icon, best to add a tile for HR or I use the Health Summary. In addition go into your mobile device SHEALTH app, if you have setup HR to measure manually then it won't records anything, I set mine to continuous not much of a battery hit.

Yes the watch records it fine but it doesn't show up on the app on my phone. It was fine until a few days ago.

I do. Just not the raised heart rate and blue heart . Everything else works well.

The picture is the Daily Activity log, the blue is exercise.

The only elevated HR detection is when you exercise you can setup max and min HR warnings.

Daily Activity is just calories, exercise and steps focused.
