When you look at Accounts and Backup for Samsung and Google. There is no option to backup Documents and Downloads thats in the phones internal storage, in either backups.
I know i can back these files up myself in various ways. But wondered why they aren't part of the daily backup by either accounts.
I've often wondered why as I personally use these to files on my phone. I think the only time they are backed up is when you come to factory reset the phone?
I would like to know if anyone knows differently and am I missing something?
