I myself have been a member for about a year or so and regularly post articles and comment on (and hopefully help) other members.
The longer you are on the forum and the more you comment, help, offer solutions etc, the higher your rank goes.
About 3 months ago, totally out of the blue, I received a private message (DM) inviting me to join the Samsung Stars group. It is truly an honour to be in this group and I was completely side swiped as I hadn't expected it.
It is a great feeling knowing that I'm able to assist and also to work with other Samsung Stars and grow my own knowledge of all things Android, all things Samsung etc.
The icing on the cake is that the Community Team have, in the last few months, started to offer products to Samsung Stars to trial, test and review. And the great thing about this is that we are asked to be totally honest in our reviews. It is not a tick box exercise to get a positive review, Samsung Community Team genuinely want to hear what we think of devices whether they be mobile phones, washing machines, fridge freezers or even a tumble dryer.
Some of the devices we have even advised we can keep, some will need to be returned at the end of the review period (mainly the mobile devices).
So, come join the crowd, help your fellow members, offer guidance and support and hopefully have a bit of fun along the way whilst learning more about your devices can do and who knows, maybe in the future, you'll become a Samsung Star and will review products too.
