Unable to buy samsung care + for my international phone bought from Dubai

I am not able to buy samsung care plus for my s24 ultra. My phone was purchased in dubai

 International version. Error message is that "Sorry, your product could not be validated, please contact admin for support."

Yes if it's not from the same region, then it won't be able to get cover for it.
Can always phone and ask though
