I recently purchased a s24 from samsung.com and in order to claim the free chromebook I need an invocie number. Where can I find one, as there wasn't one in the email I was sent

You can contact samsung directly or it's usually it's in MY ORDERS PAGE
Select the item you ordered and it should show.

I used my order number, beginning with UK, and that was accepted.

The emails received from Samsung about the order should have this on there and when you receive the delivery a tax invoice is sent to you via email with the order number.

As suggested below you can also login to Samsung and get order number that way.

Or you can try to use customer number if you can find it in
My orders select product and then it should show options where you can get invoice

Hi @Members_oVgX408  It is the order id no which should be in the email, as mentioned will also be under orders in your Samsung Account.  

otherwise if for some reason you do not have this information you can contact  Samsung by a variety of methods here  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
