Problems with the Samsung s24ultra display

I bought a phone at the Currys store and started having problems with almost any application, Tiktok, YouTube, there are horizontal bars.When I took a photo and went into the gallery, the pixels shimmered in all the photos, and when I zoomed in on the picture, it felt like there was a separation of the matrix, as if there were two displays. I did a display test: all colors have horizontal stripes and red and green stripes appear on gray tones ,I returned the phone and received a new one in return, this phone has the same problem, I applied again for a return.This phone has no clarity at all, not in the menu, not in the applications, it’s as if they put a display here from the first color phones, I’m very disappointed and still hope that it’s not physical software

Clearly they must have a faulty batch of phones. Keep taking them back until they sort it out for you.
A mate of mine has just purchased the S24 Ultra from our local Argos and he absolutely loves it. So Currys have got some bad stock.

Thanks for the answer, I already had two phones of different builds, the first phone was December 2023, Korean build, and now the Vietnamese build is January 2024, and they have the same problems with the display.I ordered a refund, I need to wait until all the shortcomings are removed, but in general the phone is good

Take my advice, don't pop into a Samsung Experience Store!
I was passing the Trafford Centre in Manchester yesterday and walked out with the S24+ 512GB in Marble Grey. I love it. My S23 Ultra is now my backup 😂😂

I do feel genuinely sorry for people who have problems with new phones, wherever they buy them from. If they've not been roughly handled in these stores then they genuinely can come faulty off the production line. When there's millions of them produced.

Are you using a case with a magsafe feature?

Is issue present when you setup phone from scratch? Of not - do you install some third party apps ans then it starts showing lines? If issue is present from first out of box power on then its hardware - of issue is visible only after full setup and some apps installed then could be related to one od those apps. Seen it before...unninstall apps you installed specially any dodgy ones if you know what i mean

Just a silly thought, have you been able to compare the serial numbers of old and replacement phones? Just in case they sent you the original one back!

Good afternoon, I don’t have third-party applications, this problem appears in the gallery on YouTube Tiktok, nothing else is installed on this phone, it’s waiting for a refund.I really liked the phone in use, but because of the screen, the photos just look disgusting. I thought there was a problem with the camera, but when I transferred the photos to another phone, the phone took pictures perfectly.Its stripes appear mainly in dark areas, gray tones are dark red, well, the photos on this screen are all grainy.
