I recently migrated from Xiaomi to Samsung. I've had a few problems, but none of them were as big as this one: My phone's screen doesn't turn on when I receive a WhatsApp message.
Since I depend on these messages for a lot of things and my phone is always on silent, if there's no way to turn on the screen when I receive a WhatsApp message, I'll have to abandon my phone.
I've tried activating Always On Display, but I end up only having a tiny icon when a notification arrives. I need the detailed pop-up, just like it appears on iPhones and all other phones.
Can someone help me? Thanks

Hello 👋 @renancuteco
I have mine set like these >
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello, @lminvti ! Thank you for your response!
I've done these before, but doesn't seen to help. If I manually wake up the display, I can see everything that I want. The point is that the phone only vibrates when I get a whatsapp message and I need it to light up so I can view who is texting me and if its urgent.

Thank you, @lminvti ! Now the brief notification appears when the screen is off!
This isn't how I wanted, as I cannot see everything on this brief notification, but at least is something. There is any way that I can make these larger or more detailed? Thank you again!
