Poor Display on S24 Ultra

Why Samsung 24 Ultra is having the worst display in Galaxy series. I think S 22,23 models have better display. It is not a vibrant display. Samsung should fix this issue soon. Even if you change the Screen mode from Natural to Vivid nothing noticeably changes in display. Samsung failed customers in display part.

I agree take the extra dim off helps. I think it's pixels issue.

Other than a toned down vibrancy in colours of the UI, the display is top notch. In HDR content it's the best from Samsung yet.

If they do search they would see that Samsung are giving out conflicting information on individual chats and not actually acknowledging the issue publicly or confirming if they intend do do anything about it.
What has been a great mobile phone series is hugely let down by awful Customer Service.

Few years back,when google released the Pixel2xl(it was made by LG) the display's colours were very washed out in vibrant mode,in natural mode, were horrible. Pixel 2xl had a new added polarised coating to its display(to help to see the screen when using sunglasses) . Google sent out an update and fixed the issue.
Will Samsung fix this for us,i don't know.
I compared the s23u to s24u in total dark room,both on dark mode ,scrolling on YouTube, the s24u has zero ghosting of black(crushing black colour),the s23u has some,like most oled displays, not as bad as it used to be years back.

Mine is great, better than my wife's s23+. I am starting to think there is an issue with some LCDs, which would explain why some devices are affected and others are fine. this issue needs to be made more public. Maybe someone with an affected phone should approach BBC watchdog?
