Phone update, apps boost vs clearing partition cache on the phone

I noticed after software update the app Good Guardians gives a notification to boost the apps on the phone. I was wondering which is best to do first, boost apps from Good Guardians or clearing partition cache? Or it really doesn't matter? Thank you

I use it for the Note 20 Ultra as well and I have the impression that it's keeping my phone healthy and helps it to be faster, Note 20 Ultra is on Exynos.
