Phone randomly restarting

Has anyone fixed random restarts on their phone before?

I got an s24 at the end of May 2024 and it kept restarting randomly and crashing lots. I factory reset my phone last month as I was promised that would fix it, but after the update today, it crashed again. 

I don't have lots of things on my phone so it shouldn't be struggling...

Never had this kind of issue with any phone before and I'm wondering if I just got a bad phone or if this is common...

Hi.

You mentioned you bought apps across from an old device.

Did you get them across again or from back after you reset?

If so that could be the issue.

If you do reset again. Don't restore the apps but install them fresh as and when needed.

I installed them fresh, it was only a couple of apps (2 games I've played for years and an authenticator for work)
