Password Manager

I think I have posted this before but after 2 weeks, the phone hasn't improved on this.

Password Manager doesn't really work. Samsung Pass has only one Password registered, that is wrong anyway, while my Google account has all the passwords but the phone is not using Google's password manager. 

Samsung Password Manager would register the password only one time but when i want to log in again it will give the wrong password like it's got some kind of memory loss.

Idk if there is a setting how to chose Goolgle password manager and I can't find it.

All my previous Samsung phones were really good at this, maybe they didn't get one or two passwords right, but on most my accounts I could log in flawlessly every time. 

I really hope something can be done about this. 

Autoffil sometimes it's brilliant but sometimes it really can't get it right either.

To be honest Samsung Pass / Auto fill has pretty much always worked seamlessly for me, so I'm at a loss as to why your experiencing this @Star_girl

On your settings page, type 'autofill', and it will lead you to the page where you can choose which service to use. I'm using Dashlane for example and it works fine.

Settings>general management>passwords, passkeys and autofill. Choose google as your prefered service

Me too. I am surprised as well it doesn't work as expected.

I found it. I have set it to Google as Preferred Service.

Will come with updates in a couple of hours. In a few hours it seems to forget and it's asking me if I want to update the password.

I used to use Samsung Pass, but switched to Dashlane, far easier but its about £30 a year for a single premium sub.

It has allot more functionality and works cross platform.

I didn't even know which platform I was using before. Looks like I was using Google. Works fine usually. Surely I am not going to pay extra, I already pay for alot of apps so I will make the best of whatever is available for free.

Mine was more a need to cover Windows, Samsung, Google and Apple platforms.

But they keep saying we will all be passwordless soon.
Other idea is an NFC Ubikey.

I don't want to be password less. I really hope they won't shove that down our throats. Make it an option for who wants it. I don't want it.

I only use my laptop and my phone, I'm happy with Google passwords.
