Did you attempt any troubleshooting? Wipe phone cache. Could be an misbehaving app too

And there is also Safe Mode.

Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

I do not have this problem.
Sometimes simply restarting the phone solve issues like this.
The standard go to answer, which might work, clear the cache for the entire phone.
