• Hi, how can I get the trial or main version of One UI 7 very quickly, why is Samsung so behind Apple in updating? I was, am and will be a Samsung fan.

Thank you for your question (which has been answered many times before)

Simply - you can't.

Beta is currently full and there is speculation that the next release may be the stable version (not confirmed by Samsung).

As already stated, you can't. Also Apple doesn't have OneUI 7 so it's not really possible for Samsung to be "behind" Apple with this update...
