I took my family to enlightened park from Chelmsford 6pm on new years eve.
I took some "night time photos ",all are ***** and the i shoot only using normal mode, everything nuce, same as your eyes are seeing.
Video, wow, I was so surprised to see such poor results (like a 2010 smartphone).
I filmed in a total dark having only the colourful xmas lights around. Video is jitter, lot of noise too

Sorry, I couldn't post the videos as the limit is 100mbs.
I had set auto in video mode for fps,and the videos shown in settings, 26 to 29fps. I now turned off this.
Can anyone post a video, with this option off, showing the results.
Maybe it is just me bragging about ,but the s24u is actually capable of much more...

Here's some photos I took at the Chester Zoo light trail. All taken in normal photo mode. I also took some videos and they turned good too.

This isn't the results I'm finding on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra @Catt78  🤔

Try clearing the cache of the app via long holding down on the app icon and tap on the and then on Storage and Clear Cache.

There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too to see if that highlights anything.

Feedback can be sent too via your Samsung Members App.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
