This isn't the results I'm finding on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra @Catt78 🤔
Try clearing the cache of the app via long holding down on the app icon and tap on the i and then on Storage and Clear Cache.
There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too to see if that highlights anything.
