It comes out in different regions in stages.
It's not even certain that the UK will be a part of it
There's no date published for release yet. So will have to wait and see

Your device will also need to be unlocked to qualify for beta so devices bought from a mobile network may not be eligible.

I would say if ur in the UK as iam,any beta version or update we might get it after a country like Tibet,the UK is very slow at recieving updates,very tongue in cheek remark from me.

Don't use the Beta if you need to use payment or banking apps, as they will stop working.

No phones are locked to networks anymore as per ofcom rules since 2022

Only firmware related issues may stop one ui 7.0 from showing up on your phone from the network provider

As for one ui 7.0 not working with banking apps that was the case with all other beta but iceuniverse suggests this time around that might not be the case I guess only time will tell
