One Ui 8 Beta

Can anyone confirm that is it good to download the One Ui8 beta on my S24 Ultra Please, because I have heard so many negative things can happen to the phone.

Beta software is for test purposes only
If you have payment setups on your phone, they may not work
Also can get bugs.
I know on my S25 Ultra its working great.
Those on the S24 series seem to be OK and pretty stable.
But you can get issues at any time
Personally if your worried, its probably best not to join and wait a short while till the stable release comes out

Hi @Zubi personally I would not recommend the Beta if you do not have a spare Device ,as mentioned there can be bugs and Google Pay is not certified for the Beta,there can only be issues with Banking Apps. That being said the latest Betas have seemed to be a bit more stable but likely to encounter some issues.

UI8 is a beta for a reason.

I've not experienced many issues beyond some notification problems, but beyond that, nothing.

Note: UI8 is pretty much the exact same as UI7 beyond some background changes.

If you're not willing to accept beta as a beta, not wanting issues, beta isn't for you.

As already stated, installing beta software is at your own risk as bugs may occur and some banking apps may not work. However, I have installed on my Z Fold 6 and am currently experiencing zero issues and seems perfectly stable now.
Both samsung pay and Google pay work perfectly but this may not be the same for everyone.
The only issue I did experience was the day after installing, my camera app froze after taking several pictures and the only way to get around it was to reboot the phone. Force stopping caused it to not open at all. Once I rebooted it was a little glitchy but I have had no issues since.
Install at your own risk but be mindful that some things may not work correctly but then everything may be fine.

All I can tell you is that I recent download the One UI 8 beta on my S24 and I have had no problems at all. I would be grateful if they included the "Now Brief facility."

I'm on Beta 5 on S25U. Going great. All apps are great including banking except Gmail notification. There are rumours of Beta (6 for S25U and Beta 2 for S24) coming before stable version.
