Hi all, so we're past the half way mark this month. And I've still not got the NOVEMBER UPDATE, it's absolutely ridiculous. England is always last to get anything.

EE likely to be delaying release of it pending their own testing. They are well known for this I'm afraid.

If it came from EE then whilst it may be 'unlocked' to accept other network SIMs then the underlying firmware version will be EE's variant flashed onto handset at source; therefore the handset will only see EE's variants & you're on EE's timescales for them tweaking, testing, then pushing the updates out. Only other option is to flash your OS firmware to non-network.
