Moving the reply button in Outlook

Does anyone know how I can move the reply function on Outlook?

The function sits at the bottom of a feed, so to use it I may have to scroll through the whole convo. Where as I want it visible on the latest emails

Not sure if you can move the reply button, but youbcan click on the 3 dots and then select Reply /all.

Also, in Outlook settings, you can change the option to Show newest email in the chain at the top.
