Wi-Fi calling issue

Wi-Fi calling is on but it sometimes doesn't work, call can't be made I have to turn it off and on to work again... Anybody else?

Can you also have a word with your network to ensure the service is fully provisioned on your account @Adi0

I've only noticed that when on a VPN, otherwise it works fine.

I'm not sure that I have any VPN, how to check?

You'd know, it's not something you'd switch on by accident. When on a VPN you'd see a key icon on your status bar.

How do I know if I have VPN active?

You would see a key icon on your status bar and a line about it when you have the quick tile page fully expanded.

Nope, I don't have that, either in settings too.

Then I'm not sure. You could try factory reset and not using SmartSwitch to re setup your device, bit of a pain I guess.
