Hello,
I've just set up new S24 Ultra but I noticed that I can't get any OTA updates to the phone.
I'm stuck in the July update.
I did some researching and noticed that the service software provider code (?) might be the reason for this.
The phone did not reboot after I selected country and language so I guess this code is missing due to that?
Is there any way to trigger the service software provider code setup afterwards?
Palveluntarjoajan ohjelmistoversio = Service software provider in english.
I have another Samsung device in the family and the row looks like this: EUX/-/EUX/EUX
This device receives all the updates normally so I believe the missing "EUX" is the key for the problem?
Any advice?
I've already tried to switch a different SIM card and into different SIM tray.
Cleared cache partion in recovery mode and restarted the phone several times. No luck.

Bought it directly from Samsung.
I'm pretty sure something went wrong during the initial setup process and I hope there would be a solution to fix this.

I tried pretty much everything already.
I have bought Samsung phones from Samsung before but this is the first time I have a problem.
Everything else works well. I was able to setup Samsung Pay, login to my company's google account etc.
It just that the updates won't work at the moment. Nearest Samsung experience store is 300km away so that's not tempting solution at the moment.
I guess I have to contact Samsung support because of this.

I have the same problem with my new S24 Ultra, also bought directly from Samsung.
I have an appointment later today where a Samsung Technican will connect to my Phone remotely and check it out.
I can give you an Update when that happend about it!

So, i just had the appointment, Samsung doesnt really know why that is happening, or why the Phones are shipped with the July Update, because mine was manufactured in late October, so it should have that Patch.
The Problem seems to happen alot in the recent days, they get many complaints about it recently.
He cant do anything about it, i just have to wait until they find why that is happening and what to do.
I can also send the Phone back and get my money back or i can send it in for Repair, but with the Repair he cant guarantee if they can fix it right now.

First of all it's reliefing to know that I'm not alone with this and that Samsung is investigating the issue.
Do you know if they are able to fix it remotely with SW or do we have to send phones back to Samsung eventually?
