Downgrade from one ui 7.0 beta software

Has anyone successfully managed to downgrade from the one ui 7.0 beta software?!

I have upgraded to a S25 ultra and would like to sell my S24+, but it's running beta software, so I need to downgrade it back to one ui 6.1.

I have followed the instructions to withdraw from the programme and then use smart switch on PC to perform a downgrade. I get as far as smart switch downloading the software and then get the attached pop up message (which I had to translate).

Samsung service centre was not much help when I phoned, as advised in the downgrade instructions if assistance is needed. They just said that the final release should be soon, and to 'send feedback' via the support tab in Samsung Members.

Did you join the beta in the official manner or installed it yourself?

I managed to do it without any issue as I was unsure if they'd take my S24 Ultra with beta software on

Using smart switch on a PC? I don't know why I'm getting that error message 😕

I get the downgrade button appear in smart switch when I connect the phone to my laptop, go through the process of downloading the software and then get error message.

Yeah used it on my laptop the whole process took about 20-30 minutes then I restored from the backup I made

I've just tried again using the USB C cable that came with the phone, rather than the USB C cable that came with my Samsung laptop, and it looks hopeful! 🤞
