I have a Toucan video doorbell and it's connected to my new S24fe. When looking at footage from my bell the first 3-5 seconds of video is distorted then ok after that. My s20fe before my upgrade was perfect. Help please.

Hello 👋 @Quinney 

It might be beneficial to clear the cache of app if that's how it works , which my Ring Doorbell does. 

If you try to view the footage on another Samsung phone if you have one, then is the quality OK. 

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

I completely reset the app but still happens, can't find any forums.
