I am having issues with accessing the Galaxy Store, this is on a new S24 Ultra my wife's is also showing this issue. 

Any advice or help would be much appreciated..

I have now connected ok for 3 or 4 trys with vpn turned on! Any thoughts on why it works with vpn on?

Hi, @DaveD1. It has been reported and there are a couple of threads about this. I expect that it will be identified and resolved as soon as possible (or instructions will be provided to assist those affected by the Galaxy Store not loading as expected).

However, I'd still recommend submitting an Error report as this typically assists the developers with finding a correlation.

Hi Paul, I've submitted an error report and attached screen shot showing the issue, explaining that leaving vpn turned on seems to fix the issue. I'm not sufficiently tech savvy to know if the vpn slows or causes issues with the wifi...thanks for all your help...best wishes David

Samsung Store app not working on WiFi?

 

As title, not just my S24 (sons s23 and wife's S20) does connect to the Samsung store app therefore not allowing me to update the apps from that app, if I turn to the phones data it works fine and if I turn on a VPN on my phone it works through the WiFi but other than that they won't connect.

I'm on BT fibre running through TPlink Decos running in Router mode, any thoughts?

Yes it's annoying, I've just spent a lot buying the S24 Ultra, but I guess the problem is on any Samsung device?

I have an SG23 Ultra... I've noticed that if I'm NOT logged on to my personal WiFi at home, it works OK. It all started when I accidentally refused the latest T&C's. It's been a b*llache since.

I'm in the UK. I've also reported 4 Error reports.

It does look like other owners are having varying issues with App @182_blue

Personally it's working on both types of connections for me.

its not just a phone problem my samsung tab s7+ just started doing as well

I'm struggling too... only works on my 4G. But I live in a black spot for Data and rely on WiFi. Its only when I leave my house I get 4g. I'm so flipping frustrated about it...
