Is anyone on samsung galaxy s24 ultra not receiving facebook notifications

I got the brand new samsung galaxy s24 ultra and it's not giving me anything for notifications for facebook but all other apps work this is very frustrating as I'm always in need of updates from facebook and receive nothing

Dumb question I know but you have enable notifications in settings haven't you?

Try clearing the cache of the app via Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Location > Delete cache @kiee

All my settings are on but the samsung lady checked and it was all on but not working

Hi mate the lady at samsung controlled my phone done it all and still nothing coming through deleted app reinstalled it cleared cache deleted cache and still nothing mate

Sounds like Samsung Support have completed a lot to try to resolve it

Reach out to Facebook app developer directly to raise your concerns.

Facebook is notorious for that problem.

Yes they've tried so much but nothing could be done to solve it how do I reach out to facebook developers mate?

Never had it on any phone before until the s24 ultra it's like my phone can't handle facebook notifications coming through mate

Have you checked these in settings on the Facebook app itself?
