Images not sending to non android

Pictures will not send to non android user only sends to samsung users why is this please?

Do you mean non samsung users, and do you mean via Quick Share?

If so, go to settings >connected devices >Quick Share. Go through each setting, ensuring it is set up accordingly.

If you mean iPhone users (non Android) then I don't believe Quick Share is compatible.
