Edge Lighting

Hey all, 

Has the edge lighting feature changed with the update? Some are saying that it's working fine with the latest update and Some are saying it isn't? I have the latest update and it is not working for me. I can go through all the settings, even let's me preview but it will not work when a notification comes though. I have tried all the work-arounds that were on google, but I have had no luck!

Hi, You've probably already tried but to set it up...

Settings>notifications >notification pop-up style. Toggle on Brief . Tap Edge lighting style and choose the style you want ( I use Fireworks). Here, you can also choose colour, transparency, width, and duration. Toggle on Show even while screen is off.

Hi, thanks for the reply ... I have tried all the settings, It even previews when I choose an option but just doesn't work when the notifications come through, I'm at a loss.

Go back to Edge lighting style and tap on the advanced tab. Put all 3 sliders up to Max and see if that helps.
