Dears ,

I have two issues with my New Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra.

The First issue is that I cannot find the option to activate Wi-Fi Calling as the option is not there (See image below). I am sure the carrier supports Wi-Fi Calling because I used this option in my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4).

The second issue is that the Internet(Through the SIM) gets disconnected during the call. I cant find the option to enable/disable Voice over LTE (see the image below).

If you go into the phone app
Tap on the three dots top right
Go settings in those options
Scroll down to see WiFi calling.
You will have to make sure your network provider has the options you want activated. Especially if you have a new SIM card
Alternatively some network providers will have an app that you can go into to activate the settings yourself

I noticed another user has the same problem, and we have the same model number.

I am starting to belive is is a model issue (SM-S928B/DS) . When I insert the same SIM card in another Samsung device (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4) it works fine.

This all sounds like a network issues as opposed to a phone problem

It definitely sounds like something you should contact your network for. I've got the same model and have no issues with what you're reporting1724868223676.jpg1724868223692.jpg1724868223734.jpg
