VoLTE/4G Calling not showing in settings

Got my S24U 2 weeks ago. Whenever I'm on call or somebody is calling me, I can't use my data plan.

I also checked in Settings→ Connections→ Mobile Networks and it doesn't show the "Voice Over LTE" Option, despite on my Z Fold 4 there was.

I checked with VOXI UK and they were useless, because they said to use WhatsApp Calls or the second SIM. I asked to Samsung Support Centre and they said to check with my Mobile operator, because it might be th case that they haven't activated the service for this new phones line-up.

Has anybody else had this issue? Did you manage to fix it?

In my S24+ bought from Samsung official site in India, VoLte setting menu not available at all. I am using Airtel 4G SIM. My previous mobile S20 FE was working fine with same SIM. Pathetic Samsung; is this way to treat your flagship customers.....!!!!

I tried, network reset but no use.

If anyone have solution, please share

Thank you for your help. This trick worked for me. I had rebooted with the SIM, but then read it more carefully, and realize I had to insert SIM AFTER reboot. It then worked. Thank you very much.
