Hi.

I've just got my Samsung S24 Ultra and I'm trying to pair some headphones and generic ear buds but they are not showing on screen. These worked fine with my previous phone, a Google Pixel 6 Pro. Help!

Frank.

May I ask what make and model of Bluetooth Headphones you own @frankparker

Check in your Bluetooth settings that a failed pair or current pairing does not exist. If it does then delete that pairing and start again.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

What brand of earbuds are they? How old are they? Have you still got your pixel 6? If you have then switch it off because if your earbuds are still connected to your pixel 6 they won't pair with your S24 ultra. Have you tried to reset your earbuds? Do your earbuds have an app?

Did you make sure that the headphones are on pairing mode?
