How to use it pls

Hi, so i recently switched from iphone 11 to s24 ultra. Im finding that my iphone 11 camera to be better quality than my s24u camera, though!! 😭😭 i am rlly confused bc ppl have been saying about how good the s24 camera is, and i just dont see it 😭😭 One example, when i try to take a picture when something is moving, on my iphone 11, it will take a picture and it will have minimal blur (not rlly noticeable) due to the movement. But, with my samsung, you can barely see what i took a photo of it is that blurry 🥲 (i am just trying to take a photo of my dog and it is not cooperating). Pls give advice, is the camera lacking or am i just being dumb and not doing things correctly??
