How to make your phone fast&snappy.

Hi

This tip is in all the YouTube videos, but one I found particularly useful incase anyone is not aware. It does not affect battery life. 

Everything loads/opens quicker. Apps close/open faster. Switching between screens/apps is faster.

Developer Options- then change the three sections below to .5X

You change the setting via Developer Options as per the screen shot:

Yes this is a good known way of making the phone appear snappier.

To be honest I quite like the animation scale at it's default setting , however I appreciate some like the faster sequences.

Took a while for my (old) eyes to get used to the faster speed (seemed more jerky) but must admit I'm quite liking it now and looks okay

I've always changed them to 0.5 but as @Robin999 says it does feel a bit jerky and not as smooth so I've put mine back to 1.0 , just to see if I can get use to it 😉
