@Raelcon: If you are referring to the general size of your app icons on the Home screen and Apps screen, please head to Settings > Home screen > Home screen grid, and set this to 5x5 or 5x6. Apply the same changes to your Apps screen grid and Folder grid, if applicable.

This will not be located on your home screen, you will need to head to your Settings to enable this.

If you need to have the icons even smaller and have up to 12 icons across, the Microsoft Launcher just might be for you.
It's free and easy to configure. I'll include two screenshots of my Home page, one showing the expanded Dock, and a screenshot of my App tray.

If you're really new to Samsung and Android, you'll need to swipe downward from the top of the screen, on the top right part of the screen, you'll see the icon for settings - the gear icon. Use the Search magnifying icon and search for Home screen settings. You'll see everything there that you need.
Since there are so many options, it's sometimes simply easier to use the Search function in Settings.
You can also long press on your Home screen to bring up Settings.

I had the same issue. Used "Finelock" from samsung store. Installed homeup unit apk as add on. And I was able to edit the resolution of icons.
It worked and I am satisfied with the display now 😁

While changing grid etc works to a certain extent all you really need to do is as mentioned install Goodlock find the "Home Up" app install that then open and change the icon size by percentage, you done and it's perfect.
Good luck
