This is because of the lack of support for Dolby Atmos or some weird implementation from Netflix. This happens on Samsung TVs as well, and the fix is to go into Get Help>Video and turn off HDR.

I know it's late but it's because of Samsungs HDR settings that unfortunately can't be turned off or modified by the user. It's the same if you go on YouTube and watch an HDR video. It's SUPER frustrating because you ALSO can't change Netflix setting to stop showing their stuff in HDR. And Samsung refuses to fix the issue. Been this way for YEARS
