Have not received One ui 6.1.1

Hi, I haven't received one ui 6.1.1 on my S24.

The last update was in May 2024.

Service provider software version SAOMC_SM-S918U_OYN_GCF_13_0007 GCF/GCF,GCF/XAA

Is my phone going to receive the new update or I'm stuck?

Hello @Anesu and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within, as others are themselves awaiting the update. 

Some have tried Samsung SmartSwitch via computer to see if the update happens that way. 

Others have tried using their sim card in the secondary sim slot ,and some have tried a completely different sim card in their phone to see if that jolts anything. 

The update will be sent out in waves dependant on region , phone eligibility and phone serial and build number. 

All phone's that are eligible will recieve the update in good time.

That's us version by the looks of it. You can try with Odin and correct firmware

Hi Tourbillon. Can you please explain what you mean by correct firmware. Does it mean on this one I won't get any update. How do I correct the firmware?

Had this issue with my s24 ultra...I simply flashed firmware to S928U1 from S928U and I got updates instantly. You're better off seeking guide and help on XDA

How did you flashed firmware? And how did you reach out to XDA? What is even xda? This is my first time using samsung...

Alot of people have had this issue by purchasing region locked phones. Xda forums is the best place to seek help

You'd want to get the right firmware and flash your phone before u can start getting updates.  

Be careful tho
