Is there anyone knows how how to stop this screen to be shown ever time I press on screen recording toggle because I already choosed the microphone and media from inside?
option why should I see it every times

The assumption is made that you 'may' want to change this option - it also may prevent the accidental sharing of data (voice or recording) that isn't intended to be shared.
