Hello everyone,

I am experiencing some technical difficulties with my phone's signal. I have to restart it multiple times a day in order to maintain a stable connection.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, have you found a solution?

Thank you for your assistance.

@Alex250113

I can well appreciate how this must be frustrating.

Is this happening in one area or everywhere  ?

Check your Networks online network signal issue pages.

Can you try your sim card in another phone.

Also try Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

They want me to send the phone back for replacement, which takes 7-10 days what am I supposed to do with out a phone ...?
