Free buds after review?

Just ordered my second s24 ultra in the blue colourway to match my car 😅 

Offer stated that if we leave a review we get the free buds? Not seen anywhere how to access email from Samsung to write the review yet? Had phone 3 days.

I'm having the same problem. Received the email, sent the review. No email response to sy review has been validated and no email to say if I'm getting my earbuds.

It's Christmas already and i didn't get my buds submitted the review on the 10th and didn't get any response since.

Try live chat in the samsung shop. I did that and got a link to submit the form.

I filled out the form for the free galaxy buds 3 pro for my recent purchase of Samsung 24 ultra over 14 days ago and I still haven't received any notification. How can I chase this up as I only really did the deal for the new earphones aswell.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new phone 📱 

The buds should arrive 14 days after you doing the review however the time of year and backlog in the postal system will cuase the timeline to delay in my opinion. 

If you perform a forum search you will find existing threads with some further help or guidence within in regards to the promotion.
