Mine were due to be delivered yesterday and just received email to say theyre delayed by 2 weeks which is ridiculous. Disappointed as I wanted them before I go on holiday.

Hi there. Sorry to crash the thread, but I'm finding it hard to find anything else online about the free gift with a review offer and it was def on the Samsung website when I bought my new S24 ultra on December 22nd. I've not had an email despite registering the phone and it's been more than 14 days. Do I wait or do I contact someone? Steve

Hi, I have exactly the same issue, ordered on the 24th when the deal was live on their website. Now being told by support that the promotion didn't start until the 25th which is very sneaky. As a consumer there was no way we could have known this when making the purchase!

Have you heard anything further? I was offered a £50 voucher from the complaints team today, but have declined. Now reporting them to trading standards!!

ordered S24+ 30th November, review invite arrived 10 Dec 24 and review returned following day. No buds yet received despite being escalated 4 times on chat. Promotions team very busy. How fortuitous for Samsung that they're never too busy to take your money. Every conversation ends with them saying I will create follow up and tag as urgent for you. Just don't hear anything. I even tried to review again but responds already reviewed. Really feel that it is poor show. I was reading about the Chief Customer Officer Deborah Honig saying What’s the biggest lesson I’ve learned in my career?...... Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and find new ways to help them get more out of their relationship with you. I wonder what she would make on the service I have received.
