Hi @Abbas1974

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

You could try these generic troubleshooting steps.

  • Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Abbas1974: To begin with, please press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary software issues that might be a contributing factor. Don't worry this won't affect your personal data or settings. Now, please unplug your router at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the calibration process to complete.

Following these steps, please head to Setting > Connections > Wi-Fi > On > Tap the cog symbol to the right of the router, select 'Forget', toggle Wi-Fi off, then on again, then re-add your network.

If the problem persists, please head to Settings > Connections > Flight mode, and make sure that this is toggled off. You may also wish to head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings > Reset settings, however please be aware that this will remove any Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices that you have added to your phone. I also recommend attempting to connect to another Wi-Fi router, a friend or family members, as this will help to determine if the problem lies with the phone, or the router itself.
