Facebook and instagram errors

Is anyone struggling with Facebook or instagram apps on mobile..it logged me out and when I sign in just keeps on coming with error. I have uninstall ed the app and still nothing after re installing..

Not the same but similar. After a Samsung Internet update I can't log into my fb account. Does anyone know how to uninstall a previous update?
