Driving me nuts!

When answering incoming calls - my ringtone is still playing in the background. Caller can't hear it but I can and in turn can't hear my bloody caller. I have updated my phone, reset APN and network settings as per info on the support page. I have also changed my ringtone...got my mum to call me just now to check it and it's still happening but even worse as BOTH ringtone are playing at the same time (even though I've changed it to a different one!) 

What on earth is going on 😫

Yesterday I had issues on the phone to a friend, call was disconnected and couple of times and even had issues on WhatsApp calls. I've reset my broadband and it is working fine, I've done the coverage checker for vodaphone (my mobile provider) and that is fine too. But I've got only 1 and sometimes no bars on my network signal display.

Can anybody help please.

To me that's just my call button 😂 there's only one as far as I'm aware! I used to only have samsungs years ago but recently had Huawei and lastly Oppo which were great. I've had alot of stress coming back to samsung!

Hi @AmyJ700. That's a very unusual issue indeed and it's not something I've encountered before. In addition to what you've tried and what's been suggested here, I think it would also be a good idea to remove your SIM card and then reinsert it to your S24.

One other consideration: are you using the standard ringtones on your phone, or were you using sounds/music you'd added to your Ringtones via the Sound picker option?
