Hi all,

I couldn't make out if this has been tried or not in any of the existing threads (apologies if it's there but I missed it), but curious to know if the below new S24 series guidance we have makes any difference at all for the display washed out colours for you guys:

1. Settings > Display > Adaptive colour tone

Or

2. Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive colour tone

Please let us know in this thread.

Cheers!

I also mentioned this as I noticed on my phone it made a difference @AntS
May help someone else if they use dark mode

Not working. It's a software issue. Check this video in 8k hdr.

It doesn't help at all, sadly. And the worst issue--the grain overlay--isnt being addressed by anyone at Samsung.

Interestingly I sent feedback the other day via the support link so it's registered saying that there is no visible difference between vivid and natural display options and got a reply today saying there is no such issue with the s24 display 🙄 really fills me with confidence that they will sort it

I've had similar today, saying that "This colour adjustment is not a defect of the product". The whole screen is either murky blue if the adaptive colours is toggled off, or murky green if its toggled on. I'm so disappointed as I was finally upgrading, but the colours on my S9+ are so much better!
