I use the s24 Ultra for pictures at work and am concerned. Is there a way to disable Samsung Gallery Stories? If not what data am I giving up? IE are the processed and or stored locally or remotely? Who can see them?

I appreciate the reply! Unfortunately it isn't in use, but they still get created. 😞

I'd like to know that too. The proposal does not work

I'm in the same boat as zeroktal. These stories are being created but that customization service is not enabled.

I've found a second post (still no solution). You may want to follow or occasionally review that one as well:

Well, how about disabling the Gallery stories? Go to Apps > Search, tap the three lines on the right and toggle 'Show system apps. Next search for Gallery stories and disable it. This worked for me.
Edit: FYI, I also had customization off and it still created stories. No more now.

Would you post a screenshot as I don't seem to have the "system apps" portion of your suggestion.

Sure, here you go...

This worked for me. Seems like the "customization service" fix doesn't work because the stories are a separate app from the main gallery app, and that it is hidden from the user under normal circumstance. Pretty skeezy thing for samsung to do if you ask me. But thanks Dimov for the fix!
