Some support regarding promotions.

I've purchased 2 s24 ultras from 02. One on the 26th January and the other 30th January. Now when I went to claim the promotion the website would not register them. 

I've called samsung to be told that the watch 6 cannot be claimed as that was up to 25th January which I understand. But I am not able to claim the buds 2 pro and tag 2 aswell as the advisor said it was before 31st January. Has anyone else bought their s24s between 26th and 30th January and been able to claim the promotion.

@keith30 I maybe reading @Omii post wrong then in regards to dates they made their purchase Keith. 

They say they ordered before the 31.01.24 which meant they weren't in this promotional period 🤔

Yes I ordered first one on the 26th January which missed the first promotion which was the pre order and the second I ordered on the 30th January which means I missed the second promotion.
If would have known about the 31st January promotion I would have waited one day.

@Omii totally agree that's bad luck ☹️. 

I've missed out on promotional items too for the sake of one day but as I bought in a Samsung Experience Store I couldn't return for a refund and then rebuy the phone to claim the promotion. 

Heck I'd even have bought the same phone back but it wasn't an option. 

Distance selling did not apply unfortunately.

I'm really interested in moving from my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra when the promotional deals are right for me. 

I'll then have my s²² Ultra and s²³ Ultra as back up phone's. 

I've had hands on with a s²4 Ultra and like the phone and it's display. I have mine all on Natural display settings.
