I have an S24 Ultra. Whenever I receive a call, the dialpad just doesn't show up. So I switched the answering/ending call method to using my side buttons. But I need the dialpad to make outgoing calls that aren't in my contacts or in recents.
I've tried clearing cache and data in the phone app itself. I've also tried clearing cache partition, and when I do this it comes back up, but I lose it again after a couple calls.

Hey! So if I'm receiving a call, my screen doesn't change. I could be browsing online and a call comes, I hear it ring, but I still just see my browser screen. So I can't slide to answer or hit reject. On the screen anyway. As mentioned, I've changed my answering method to using the side buttons for now. But it would be nice to see who is calling. When I place an outgoing call, same thing, the last screen to display before it starts ringing is what it shows.

@dobz786: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Phone > Notifications > Notification types, and make sure that Pop-up is set to 'Allowed'. Tap the Back button > Change system settings > Allow permission, and make sure that this is toggled on.
Now, head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call display while using apps > Choose 'Full screen'. Let me know if this helps.
