I bought the UK version SM-S928B/DS (or aka International version) of ultra 24S, currently using the phone in HK area. I can add esim without any issue but I do not see the "Transfer SIM from another device" option under esim menu page. I tried with or without sim card and esim combinations inserted but with no luck. Does anyone encounter the same situation?
In the SIM Manager we supposed to get 3 options when clicking on 'Add eSIM':
Transfer SIM from another device << missing now
Scan QR Code
Search for eSIM

Hello 👋 @AlgoSync
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
I've looked in my phone and see
This must have something to do either with the phone's software or the network your using it on.
Who sold you the phone 🤔
What csc does it have 🤔
You can find this out in the About Phone section under Software Information then Service Provider Software Version. Its the last ³ alphabetical letters.
From a Google Search >

" Go to Settings -> Connections -> More connection settings
Make sure Nearby device scanning is activated. If it's off the pop-up will not show and you won't be able to transfer your eSIM. "

Thank you for looking into my case. Yes, I did look up the entire internet for the this topic including this forum, but none of them get it resolved at the end.
In regards to CSC, the last 3 letters at the end of the string is "EVR". Looks like a EE phone to me but correct me if I am wrong.
In my scenario, it should have nothing to to do with the "Nearby device scanning feature" as I am not running the inital setup, and I am not referring to the pop up screen. But I did try that as well.
BTW, your screenshot shown that you have the option with icons on the side which is different from my phone.
I have been dealing with many challenges since the 1st generation of Andriod phone, but frankly I'm not familar with "Service Provider Software Version", so it would be helpful if someone put 2 cents to this thread.

Okay so all these phones came from (EE) with provider software limitation then.

Furthermore, I believe the only option is to flash the firmware using 3rd party software, however this will void you Warranty.
