Constant Notification sounds, but nothing is showing up.

Hello, my auntie recently got a new s24 and she keeps getting the notification sounds but nothing pops up under notifications, how can this be fixed?

go to:  Settings > Notifications > Notification pop-up style > 

choose if you like it to be brief or detailed. If you choose brief go to "Apps to show as brief" enable all apps

Also, assuming the default notification setting is to keep a history of them

go to:  Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Notification history 

if it's on, you can see there the culprit apps that are sending notifications but not showing on the quick-menu / screen.
