It's saying your smart watch has low battery. Nothing to do with samsung, that's an app you installed.

If you mean the top one, that's probably a tv in your house having something casted to it.

Settings, google, all services, cast options, turn media control notifications off. I think that's the right setting

The Amazfit app is encouraging you to keep active. You can always remove Notification permission for the app.

Settings -> Apps -> MyAPP -> Permissions -> Tap Permission ->  Don't allow (Tap it to select)

The YouTube controls are coming on your phone because another device, e.g. Android TV, Streamer or similar (Google cast) is connected to the same router (Home, Work or Holiday) and it is configured to be controlled by the phone. The media control could appear for any other media app on that device. e.g. Disney Plus, Netflix.

To disable it.

Try:

Settings -> Google -> All Services -> Cast options -> Media control notifications (toggle off)

You might also need to disable it on the Google Home app and disable shared control.
