How to show more than three notifications on the notifications bar on one ui 7

I got the update to one ui 7 - Android 15 last night but now only see three notifications on the notifications bar and I don't see any options to change it (I know it used to be an option before)

Look on you tube, there are tutorials on stacking, and changing these settings. Some are really good. Be safe.
